Gorditas Michoacanas de requesón, de chicharron y al pastor - Feria de San Marcos, Aguascalientes 2012

Gorditas cooked in the style of Michacan, filled with cheese, cooked pork rinds and al pastor meat at the San Marcos Fair in Aguasacalientes
